RUE (ruta graveolens) - Live Plant - Interesting herb plant reported to repel cats from the garden. Is also an important host plant to several species of swallowtail butterflies. Blue green foliage, will form a small bush to approx. 3' x 3'. and produce small yellow button like flowers when in bloom. Is not fussy about soil conditions, but will thrive better in well-drained soils. Plant in a sunny location. Reported to be deer resistant. **PLEASE NOTE: Rue may cause an allergic skin reaction in some individuals, therefore, caution must be observed when handling the plant. Live plants will be shipped in 3" nursery containers. approx. size is as shown. Plants are shipped by USPS priority mail on Mon & Tues of each week, (with the exceptions of holidays which may delay shipments up to a week.) We ship year round with insulated packaging, however, please keep in mind your zone when ordering plants out of season. The plants you will receive will be well-rooted starter plants shipped in their 3" nursery containers approx. 4" - 6" tall. The plants you receive may or may not be in bloom at time of shipment.
