Product Description
The Lifesaver Cactus is one of about 60 species of the Huernia.
This plant is commonly called a catus due to the similarities in appearance, but is not a member of the cacti family.
The flowers are unique to the species, generally small at about an inch or two across and comprised of 5 pointed petal like structures in a unique striped tan and brown patter, with a fleshy raised ring of bright maroon red in the center.
The Lifesaver Cactus has many interesting uses. It can be incorporated into a rock or succulent garden, in planters, or as a house plant if a warm and sunny environment can be maintained.
