Product Description
The Black Rose Tree is and easy to grow house plant with rich, dark chocolate and plum coloured foliage. It's a reliable beauty, looking dark and sensual all year round, performing magnificently month after month. As a succulent it will tolerate very dry conditions, but in summer it will look more beautiful if watered during dry periods. As a container plant, the Black Rose is ideal, easy to grow, as well as stunningly good-looking. The Black Rose prefers a sunny location and is even hardy in zone 10. In cooler regions grow as a house plant.
There are about 35 species of Aeonium . All but two are found in the islands of Macaronesia (particularly the Canary Islands), off the coast of North Africa in the Atlantic Ocean. A. arboreum is one of the two mainland species, growing in Morocco.
